Wildflower and Varietal Honeys
Our delicious wildflower honeys are raw and unfiltered, spun from the comb, passed through a sieve and bottled in your choice of 12 ounce glass or squeeze bear containers. "Wildflower" honey is multifloral, the flavor and color changing with the seasons as different flowering plants go in and out of bloom. Many use honey from hives near their communities to help with seasonal pollen allergies.
"Varietal" honey comes from beehives that are foraging from primarily one floral source. Beehives placed in a citrus orchard will make orange blossom honey, while those placed in a field of blackberries will make blackberry blossom honey.
Product Info
Store at room temperature. Most raw honey will eventually crystallize, especially if it becomes chilled, but can be returned to its original liquid state by warming gently.
