Return Policy

We back our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the items within 30 days for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Include a copy of the original packing slip and state the reason for return and action requested. Package items safely and ship to the address below. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be made by original form of payment. Please allow up to two billing cyles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Orders are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail, normally within 2 business days of receipt.
Shipping and handling cost is based on the total value of your order prior to the application of any promotions or discounts.
